Effective October 15, 2026 · bitglass

bitglass ("we") makes the iPhone app PASS LOOP and runs the website babayagaapps.com. This policy explains what information they handle. It is also published to meet Article 30 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

1. What we handle and why

The app — kept only on your iPhone (never sent to us)

InformationPurpose
Decks and cards, images and audio you attach, the contents of Anki deck files (.apkg/.colpkg) and CSV files you importStoring and showing your cards
Study history (ratings, review schedule, study time), notes, deck options, reminder settingsSpaced-repetition (FSRS) scheduling, stats and study reminders
Looplet House progress (coins, decorations, journey, photos of story scenes) and display settingsThe companion and decorating features
Listen Mode settings (voice, speed, think time)Reading cards aloud with the voices built into your iPhone
The city you pick for weather (name, coordinates, time zone) and cached weatherShowing the weather outside Looplet House (optional)
Purchase status cache (Ultra ownership, a timestamp used to check the trial)Providing Ultra features
Drafts of AI requests (topic, card count, type, deck name)Making cards with an outside AI

The app — handled by Apple services

FeatureSent to AppleWhen
Weather (Apple WeatherKit)The representative coordinates of the city you picked — not your device's actual locationOnly after you set a weather city; at most every 30 minutes while Looplet House is on screen
City search (Apple Maps)The city name you type and, when needed, the chosen city's coordinates (to find its time zone)When you search for a weather city
Purchases (App Store)Purchase, trial and restore requests. Apple processes payment; the app never receives payment details. If you use Family Sharing, Apple shares Ultra with your family group. At launch and when you buy or restore

Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). The app does not ask for location permission and never reads GPS location. Without a weather city, no weather request is made. Study reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone; there is no push server. Reading aloud uses your iPhone's voices and sends nothing.

5. Your rights

7. Cookies and trackers

The app has no cookies, advertising identifiers or tracking tools. The website sets no cookies; its sound, day/night and beret settings stay in your browser's storage.

8. Children

PASS LOOP has no account and we receive no personal information, so we don't ask for age. If a child under 14 uses outside AI services or links, a parent or guardian should check them together.
